The Bowen Technique is a gentle form of hands-on healing. It consists of a series of light moves made over specific muscles and soft tissue, with rests in between.
People are often surprised at the effect that this can have for such a minimal treatment. A treatment lasts about 45-60 minutes, usually with the client lying on the couch, and usually done through light clothing.
I have had particular success working with backs and necks, joint problems such as tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, ankle and knee injuries.Respiratory conditions, migraine and repetitive strain have also responded well.
