I have been practising Yoga for over 10 years and teaching for the last 3 years. Over time I have developed my own style of Hatha Yoga with particular focus on postural alignment, breathwork and restorative practice.
My inspiration is derived from some of the many wonderful teachers I have encountered both in the UK and in India. I have studied with teachers such as: Donna Farhi, Judith Hanson-Lasater, Radha Ireland, Kate Ellis and David Sye.
I believe my down to earth approach makes my yoga classes accessible for everyone regardless of age, ability
